TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Gold Access allows visitors can buy a memebrship at the members Lounge or purchase Tokens (credits) to download individual scenes .
You will be billed according to the package you selected. You can use your tokens immediately, or a year from the time you purchase them, your tokens never expire.
The members lounge allows members to view( stream) our whole video collection. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds unless you can not watch the videos.
The members lounge is compatible with PC and MACs. Our back end technologie allows to review movies were streamed form a particualr IP.
2. When you buy tokens or a membership at Gold Access, you will be given a user name and password.
Password sharing is not permitted. The tokens purchased OR THE MEMBERSHIP are only to be used by the individual who purchase them.
We reserve the rigfht to cancell any membeship if we found that is has been shared.
Gold Access users can only download scenes at Gold Access from no more than 2 computers at the time.
3. The content on Gold Access is copyrighted by the individual studios. Gold Access subscribers may not make unauthorized copies of protected content.
Gold Access reserves the right to cancel your account if such unauthorized copies are made and initiate legal actions if our copy rights are violated.
